Well, since these are the exact same sites I am building for myself, the same applies to me: I am not becoming an instant overnight millionaires and I probably won't be a millionaire, for awhile. I understand this. Give me a bit of time, however and...

Bottom line: The past two months have been a roller coaster ride for me. I've had two clients cheat me out of about $30K USD collectively. Actually, it was a blessing in disguise as that factor was really the catalyst for me ramping up my project, fast. In as much as I can, I am not going to rely on someone else for my income, period. But, I do need to feed my family, hence the immediate need to generate some cash flow right now.

That's one of my reasons for selling my services. Another reason is that I'm sick of dishonest marketers who are only looking out for themselves. There are so many people out there who will tell you ANYTHING to increase their bottom line. I don't do that. I never have. I never will. I'm an expert at keyword research. I research niches and find the most profitable keyword or keywords and buy a corresponding domain for you. You get a keyword-rich domain registered for 12 months, for each site your purchase. You can choose to renew your domain towards the end of the 12 months or let it expire.

You'll need hosting for that keyword-rich domain. I give you 12 months hosting, included or you can host it yourself-- your choice. At the end of 12 months, you can switch your hosting elsewhere or you can keep it with me for a nominal fee ($5.00 per month, regardless of the number of sites you purchase.)

In order to display Adsense ads on your website, you need an approved Adsense account. If you don't have an Adsense account, I will set up a website and get you an approved Adsense account, in your name. (And if you do something stupid to lose said Adsense account, all bets are off and I am not responsible. So, familiarize yourself with their TOS and ABIDE BY IT.)

If you choose to utilize Amazon on your site, you'll also need an Amazon Associates account. If you don't have one, I'll get one of those for you too, in your name. (And, if you do something stupid to lose said Amazon Associates account, all bets are off and I am notresponsible. So, familiarize yourself with their TOS and ABIDE BY IT.)

Content is king. These sites are no different. I write unique articles and submit these articles to article directories as well as put them on your site. These unique articles are KEY to getting organic (free!) traffic to your site.

I build my sites on Wordpress. You get my time-tested, optimized template, completely set-up and ready to go with all plug-ins activated and optimized too! This is the exact same template and plug-ins that I use on my personal sites.

I will auto-populate your website with keyword-rich content (products, videos, articles, etc.) for a minimum of 60 days. Every day for at least 60 days, you will get new content automatically added to your site. Totally hands-free! (Google loves this!)

On and off-site SEO. Great SEO work is what separates your site from the rest of the pack. I ensure that your meta and header tags are properly optimized for your keyword and that your content is keyword-rich. I also do a variety of other promotion including:

UAW submission (Unique Article Wizard)

Various Article Directory Submissions

Manual and automated backlinking

I am going to do everything for you, from the ground up, including all promotion of your site.

I'm going to preface my guarantee by saying a couple of things:

Upon receipt of your website/websites, if after a full 90 days your website/websites are not earning $3 per day, I will replace your website/websites with one of mine that is.. That's it and yes, I'm serious.

There's just a few things you have to do for me to take advantage of my guarantee:

1. You must give me an update on your site(s) every 30 days. Even though I am an expert at what I do, I don't hit it out of the park every time. Things happen. Trends change. But, I have to know there's a problem in order to begin correcting it, asap.

2. You must give this a full 90 days to work. I've said it before, I'm going to say it again: this is not a get-rich quick scheme. This method works, if you give it a tincture of time.

3. I will set up your domains for tracking within your Adsense account. You must leave the tracking for all of your sites in place the entire 90 days. (You can remove the tracking later, but that'd be unwise. You'd never know how effective your sites are.)

4. You can't mess with your sites. When I give them to you, they are ready to go, hands-free. I've tested and proved my methods. Therefore, if you mess with your site by changing content, the way it looks, the placement of ads, colors or anything else, the guarantee is no longer valid. I know what I'm doing. Trust me. If I get it wrong, you get new sites. It's simple and it's as hands-free as I can possibly make it.

5. I said it twice before, but I'm saying it again: if you get your Adsense account or your Amazon associates account shut down for any reason, I am not responsible. Their TOS' are really easy to abide by. Don't do stupid stuff like click your own links, have family members/co-workers/the dog, etc. click your links. Google is smart. 6. At the end of 90 days, if your sites aren't earning $3/day on average, I may request access to your Adsense or Amazon accounts to see proof of earnings. I may not, too. I just put this here for my protection. I know I am honest. I presume you are too. I reserve the right to request to see your earnings prior to replacement if I get the feeling that something is amiss.

It's easy, really. While putting food on my table, it makes the most sense to help you do the same, right? I know that I try my hardest to do just that, but my guarantee reinforces the fact that I want to help you make money. If I am not successful in getting your sites to earning an average of $3/per day within 90 days, I lose out. So, it's in my best interest to get your sites earning!
